With over a decade in commercial construction and operations leadership, I’ve lived the realities of project management, workflow breakdowns, deadlines, and high-stakes communication. At the same time, my background in theatre and improv shaped how I show up — confident, adaptive, and comfortable in any room.
That combination is what makes my sessions different.
