ABOUT STEPH aka "Q"
I didn't build my career behind a podium.
I built it in the field, on the stage, and everywhere in between.
With over a decade of experience in commercial construction and operations leadership, I've learned that some of the biggest challenges teams face aren't technical — they're human. Communication, confidence, adaptability, and the ability to navigate change are often what separate good teams from great ones.
At the same time, my background in theatre and improv taught me something equally valuable: how to connect with people, think on my feet, and create spaces where learning feels engaging instead of intimidating.
That's where She Builds It Steph was born.
Today, I combine those worlds through interactive speaking engagements, workshops, and trainings that help professionals communicate with confidence, embrace technology, and lead with intention.
Whether I'm teaching AI through ChatGPT/AI 101 & 102, facilitating Speak Bold, or delivering Your Voice is PPE, my mission is always the same:
